Answer Question
Is There a Roku Cancel Subscription Phone Number That Actually Works?
I’m honestly at my wit’s end here. I’ve been trying to cancel a Roku subscription, and I just want to talk to someone at Roku to make sure it’s actually canceled. But no matter how much I search, I can’t seem to find a Roku cancel subscription phone number that actually works.
I’ve tried going through the regular process—logged into my.roku.com, checked under Manage Subscriptions, and hit cancel next to the channel I wanted to unsubscribe from. It seemed like it worked, but I never got a confirmation email, and the channel is still showing up on my device. I’m worried that the cancellation didn’t go through properly and I’ll get charged again next month.
So now I just want to get in touch with Roku customer service, but I’ve been going in circles. The help site mostly directs me to articles or community forums—no actual support number that connects me with a real person. Has anyone here found a reliable Roku phone number that connects to someone who can help cancel subscriptions?
This process has been way harder than it should be. If anyone has tips on how to get real support—or if there’s a different way to handle this—I’d love to hear it. Thanks in advance!
