myroku.com Subscriptions Page Not Loading
Can someone tell me what’s going on with myroku.com right now? I’ve been trying to cancel a channel subscription, but every time I go to the subscriptions page, it either won’t load or gets stuck on a blank screen. I’ve tried different browsers, cleared my cache, even switched from my phone to my laptop—and nothing. It’s super frustrating.
I know the standard advice is to manage and cancel subscriptions from the “Manage Subscriptions” section on myroku.com, but when the page itself won’t load, it’s kind of impossible. I’m trying to cancel a service I signed up for through Roku (I think it might be Paramount Plus or something similar), and I really don’t want to get charged again while I’m stuck in limbo.
I also tried checking from my Roku device using the * button on the channel and selecting “Manage Subscription,” but that just told me to go online—which is exactly the problem.
Is anyone else having this issue with myroku.com subscriptions not loading? Is there another way to cancel, like calling Roku customer support or using the Roku cancel subscription phone number? I’m open to any workaround at this point.
