Can I Contact Roku Customer Service to Cancel a Subscription?
Hey Roku support, I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’ve been trying to cancel a subscription on Roku, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right, and now I just want to talk to a real person. Is it even possible to contact Roku customer service to cancel a subscription?
I tried going through the Roku device and even used the * button on the channel to manage the subscription. It gave me the option to cancel, which I did, but I’m still seeing the service listed under my.roku.com subscriptions. I’m worried that it didn’t actually cancel and I’ll keep getting charged.
I went looking for a phone number, but Roku doesn’t make it easy to find one. I even searched for a Roku cancel subscription phone number, but all I found were help articles and no direct support. I really just want to speak with someone or at least live chat to confirm that my subscription is officially canceled and I won’t be charged again.
Has anyone here successfully canceled a subscription by contacting Roku customer service directly? Was it over the phone or through their website? Any advice would be super appreciated—I’m starting to feel like I’m going in circles.
